I starting singing harmony at age 4 and grew up in Redding, California. My mom introduced me to harmony with groups like The Gaither Vocal Band, The Cathedrals, and Blackwood Brothers. I was very involved in my church back home either singing or playing the cello. I also studied music at the University Of Missouri-St. Louis while singing in their acapella group Vocal Point. I have a vast background in barbershop harmony and sung in competition numerous times and placed second in the world with The Ambassadors of Harmony from St. Louis, MO. I also started my own personal recording business in 2012, rhettracks.com, recording and supplying learning tracks for quartets and choruses around the globe.
Little Known Facts:
⁃ My front tooth got knocked out in high school and I had to sing a performance the next day after.
⁃ I’ve met Chuck Norris
⁃ I’ve sung at Carnegie Hall
⁃ I hate spiders (but then who doesn’t?)
⁃ Justin Verlander sang a barbershop tag with my quartet
